My holistic wellness approach focuses on my internal and physical health needs. I value self-care and have always been very active. I began my wellness journey as an aerobics instructor and later, discovered a love for yoga and meditation and the many benefits the practice provided for mind, body and soul health. After achieving my yoga teaching certification more than 10 years ago, I created several YouTube yoga videos and created two (online) yoga teacher trainings.
Learning the importance of mind-body-balance, proper eating and supplementation, self-reflection, and how it impacts daily life, I earned my degree in Holistic Health Practices with a diploma in Nutritional Consulting. I am a member of the A.C.H.M. (American Council for Holistic Medicine).
Health is wealth and I am committed to helping you with your natural wellness needs and goals so that you may reap the benefits I have.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking, movies, spending time with family, friends and my cat Sebastian. My favorite food is chocolate!

About Alison Warren
Alison Warren is experienced in Sound Bowl healing and has perfected her craft with her 7-Sound bowl ensemble. She is passionate about her craft and combines it with low humming. The 7 Sound Bowls and her beautiful voice help you with relaxation.
Alison joins Cathy's Yin Class on the last Tuesday of each month at 6pm. This collaboration is a MUST for your well-being.
Alison also collaborates with Liz DiPaolis to combine a soulful journey of therapeutic relaxation.

About Liz DiPaolis
Liz DiPaolis is certified as a Tai Chi master and in Medical Qigong. She earned her 300 Yoga teacher certification and recently completed her Therapeutic Sound healing training. She offers group and private sessions. Liz also collaborates with Alison Warren for a unique blend of therapeutic relaxation.
Liz invites you to join her class on Mondays at 6:00 pm for an 8-week series. This class improves breathing, movement, flexibility and so much more. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced Tai Chi practitioner, you are welcome to participate!
