Finding balance has a special ability to bring people together whether it's to relieve anxiety and stress, find peace and harmony or taking the steps to obtain the correct nutrients for your health needs. I found this to be true in my own life, and I hope you will find this website very helpful in assisting you achieve long-term goals. It brings me great joy in helping others obtain a healthy balance involving spiritual journey, reflection, exercise, proper eating habits, and work-life balance.

I approach holistic wellness by focusing on my internal and physical health needs. I value self-care and have always been very active. I began my physical wellness journey as an aerobic instructor then discovered a love for yoga and meditation and the many benefits the practice provided for mind and body health. After achieving my teaching certification, I created several YouTube yoga videos and created two (online) yoga teacher trainings.
Learning the importance of mind-body-balance, proper eating and supplementation, self-reflection, and how it impacts daily life, I earned my degree in Holistic Health Practices with a diploma in Nutritional Consulting. I am a member of the A.C.H.M. (American Council for Holistic Medicine).
My mission is to help you with your natural wellness needs and goals so that you can reap the benefits I have.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking, movies, spending time with family, friends and my cat Sebastian. My favorite food is chocolate!

Liz DiPaolis is a Tai Chi master and invites you to join her class on Mondays at 6:00 pm for an 8-week series. This class improves breathing, movement, flexibility and so much more. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced Tai Chi practitioner, you are welcome to participate!
