I approach holistic wellness by focusing on my internal and physical health needs. I value self-care and have always been very active. I began my physical wellness journey as an aerobic instructor but I wanted something that combined whole-body health. It was then that I discovered a love for yoga and meditation. Seeing the many benefits that the practice provided for my mind and body, I achieved my teaching certification and later, created several yoga videos on YouTube and designed two yoga teacher trainings.
After learning of the importance of mind-body-balance, proper eating and supplementation, self-reflection, and how it impacts daily life, I completed my degree as a Holistic Health Coach and a diploma as a Nutritional Consultant. I am a member of the A.C.H.M. (American Council for Holistic Medicine).
My mission is to help you with your wellness needs and goals so that you too, can reap the benefits I have.
In my spare time, I'm often walking, doing yoga, spending time with family, friends and pets. My favorite food is anything shared with friends.
Finding balance has a special ability to bring people together whether it's to relieve anxiety and stress, find peace and harmony or taking the steps to obtain the correct nutrients for your health needs.
