I approach holistic wellness by focusing on my internal and physical health needs. I have always been very active and began my physical wellness journey as an aerobic instructor. I was looking for something that combined whole-body health, and discovered a love for yoga and meditation. After a few years of seeing the many benefits that the practice provided for my mind and body, I decided to teach yoga and earned my teaching certification. I created several yoga videos (prior to and during the Pandemic) on YouTube. Soon, my business was born and shortly after, I developed two yoga teacher trainings.
My holistic wellness passion led me to pursue a new career in holistic health practices after learning of the importance of mind-body-balance, proper eating and supplementation, self-reflection, and how it all impacts daily life. I completed my degree as a Holistic Health Practitioner and became certified as a Nutritional Consultant. I am a member of the A.C.H.M. (American Council for Holistic Medicine).
In my spare time, I'm often walking, doing yoga, spending time with family, friends and pets. My favorite food is anything shared with friends!
Finding balance has a special ability to bring people together whether it's to relieve anxiety and stress, find peace and harmony or taking the steps to obtain the correct nutrients for your health needs.
